ONG Merch is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This page explains how long orders take, what shipping costs, and how returns work. Memberships, Institute courses, and Agency Desk services are covered by our Terms of Service.
Shipping
- Production time: each item is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
- Delivery in the United States: standard shipping usually takes 3 to 8 business days after production.
- International delivery: usually 10 to 20 business days after production, depending on the destination and customs.
- Shipping costs: calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. You see the full shipping cost before you pay.
- Duties and taxes: international orders may owe import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer.
- Tracking: you receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and weather can add time.
Returns and refunds
- 30 day window: you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund, and you do not need to send the item back.
- Other returns: unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because every item is made to order, the buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, contact us and we will help with a replacement or refund.
