These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Offsite Network Global website and related services operated by Offsite Pro, LLC (“Offsite Pro,” “ONG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including information, membership, chapters, events, directories, job boards, training, sponsorships, referrals, marketplace or promotional services, tools, and related online features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting an application, purchasing a membership or other service, registering for an event, submitting content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for a particular Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
The ONG Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. If the documents conflict on a privacy topic, the Privacy Policy controls. If they conflict on fees, refunds, renewal, or membership status, these Terms and the applicable checkout page control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date and, where used, an “Effective date.” Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
For a material change — including a change to auto-renewal, refund rules, or how membership may be terminated — we will give additional notice reasonably calculated to reach affected users, such as email to the address on your account or a prominent Site notice, before or when the change takes effect where required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel under Section 7.
The Site provides general information about the modular, offsite, and related construction ecosystem. Information may include industry news, educational materials, listings, referrals, job postings, training materials, event information, calculators, and user- or sponsor-submitted content.
The Site and Services do not provide legal, engineering, architectural, construction, financial, insurance, tax, employment, safety, code-compliance, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals before relying on information or taking action.
ONG is not the Modular Building Institute (MBI). Nothing on the Site claims that ONG is MBI, is affiliated with MBI, or is the only international trade association for commercial modular construction.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase membership. Student & Faculty plans are intended for post-secondary students and faculty (college, university, or equivalent), not for K–12 children. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close it.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, applying for membership, verifying a Student or Government plan, registering for an event, submitting a listing, or using another paid or restricted Service.
Join creates one WordPress account intended to unlock the member portal, Job Board tools, and the calculator. Optional sign-in through LinkedIn may supply name and email.
You are responsible for:
keeping your profile, verification email, chapter selection, and payment information accurate.
You may not create an account or use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law. We may refuse registration, require re-verification, suspend access, or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or our legal rights.
Browsing the Site does not create membership. Membership begins only when Offsite Pro accepts an application under the membership requirements, dues, policies, and rules then in effect. Submitting a form or payment authorization is a request to join, not completed membership, until we accept it.
Available chapters may include Chicago, Atlanta, and Idaho. Chapter availability, names, geographic scope, benefits, dues, and rules may change. A chapter shown as a waitlist or “coming soon” is not open for membership until ONG confirms otherwise.
Members may select a chapter during registration. A primary chapter is included with membership. Additional chapter affiliations currently cost $100 each, charged as a separate Stripe line item at checkout unless a different amount is displayed at purchase or otherwise communicated by ONG.
Current published annual dues on the Join page (365-day term) are: Service Provider $300; End User $250; Student & Faculty $125; Government $175. Prices shown at checkout control if they differ.
Student & Faculty plans require an academic email (for example .edu, .ac.uk, or another university domain). Consumer inboxes such as Gmail or Outlook are not accepted for that field. Government plans require a city, state, or federal work inbox (for example .gov). Personal Gmail is not accepted. If we determine a discounted plan was obtained with ineligible information, we may convert the account to a standard plan and charge the difference, or suspend or terminate the membership, without a refund of amounts already paid, to the extent permitted by law.
Membership is not guaranteed by submitting an application or payment unless and until Offsite Pro accepts the application. Refund treatment is in Section 7.
Membership does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary, or representative relationship between ONG and a member. Members may not represent that they speak for ONG unless expressly authorized in writing.
Certain Services may require payment, including memberships, additional chapter affiliations, events, training, sponsorships, directory placements, job postings, referrals, marketplace services, Institute seats, or other offerings. Prices, inclusions, billing timing, renewal terms, taxes, and any applicable service limitations will be displayed at checkout or in the applicable service terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize ONG or Stripe to charge the selected payment method for authorized purchases and for recurring charges if checkout is configured as a subscription. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method. ONG does not store full payment-card numbers.
Renewal — working rule until the live Stripe product is confirmed. The public Join page describes a 365-day term and does not state auto-renewal.
If checkout is a one-time 365-day payment, membership expires at the end of the paid term unless you purchase again.
If checkout is a Stripe subscription, it renews at the then-current rate for the same plan and chapter selections unless you cancel before the renewal date through the account portal or by emailing connect@offsitenetworkglobal.com.
Checkout language for that order controls if it conflicts with this section. Extra-chapter fees follow the same term structure shown at checkout (one-time with that membership term, or recurring if attached to a subscription).
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not, by itself, refund the current term. Failed charges may be retried and may cause paid features to lapse.
Refund and cancellation rules may differ by Service and should be shown clearly before purchase. If an applicable service-specific policy or checkout page conflicts with these Terms, the more specific policy controls for that purchase.
Unless a written service-specific policy states otherwise:
any approved refund may be returned to the original payment method, less any amounts that applicable law permits ONG to retain.
ONG may cancel, reschedule, modify, or relocate an event or Service.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact connect@offsitenetworkglobal.com with the account email, order or registration details, and the requested remedy. Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
Directories, job boards, referral services, sponsorships, and marketplace features may connect users with independent businesses, professionals, employers, contractors, vendors, educators, sponsors, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ONG does not employ, endorse, guarantee, supervise, or assume responsibility for them.
A public directory teaser may show professional fields such as name, title or company, location, category, and profile links. Logged-in members may see additional contact fields a member chooses to include. Treat directory details as professional contact information, not a license to send unsolicited bulk messages.
You are responsible for independently evaluating a provider, opportunity, listing, credential, quote, contract, product, service, and transaction. ONG is not a party to transactions between users and third parties and is not responsible for payment disputes, performance, quality, safety, legality, licensing, insurance, employment decisions, construction results, or other outcomes. ONG is not an employer of record or staffing agency by operating the Job Board. Employers are responsible for their own employment-advertising compliance.
Listings, rankings, sponsorships, placements, or referrals may be paid or commercially arranged. Any required disclosure should appear clearly where the relevant promotion or listing is displayed.
Users must not submit misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringing, or unsafe listings, job posts, referrals, or marketplace content.
Training, webinars, courses, events, Institute (OPI) materials, and educational content are for general educational purposes only. Completion, attendance, certificates, or access to training does not guarantee employment, licensing, certification, project approval, code compliance, business results, or any particular outcome.
Seat management and Stripe catalog features activate when we enable them. A page that refers to cutover is not a current enrollment contract.
You remain responsible for applying professional judgment and obtaining advice appropriate to your project and jurisdiction.
Any calculator, estimator, questionnaire, score, directory search, or other tool produces estimates or informational results only. Calculator outputs are not bids, quotes, contracts, budgets, takeoffs, engineering calculations, design documents, code-compliance determinations, or professional advice.
Results may be affected by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or user-supplied information. You must verify all inputs and results with qualified professionals before using them in a project, purchase, bid, financing decision, or contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONG disclaims responsibility for decisions or losses based on tool outputs, subject to any liability that cannot legally be disclaimed.
How calculator inputs are processed and stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
You may be able to submit profiles, business information, listings, job posts, resumes, comments, reviews, photographs, documents, applications, questions, event materials, or other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant ONG a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, promote, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use it to operate, market, improve, and provide the Services.
You represent that:
it does not contain malware, malicious code, or unlawful or harmful material.
Do not upload government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive data in a public profile, listing, or resume unless a form expressly and lawfully requests a specific item.
ONG may remove, decline, edit, restrict, or disable User Content or accounts where it reasonably believes this is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the Services.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to connect@offsitenetworkglobal.com with your contact information, a description of the work, the URL of the material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We may remove content and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.
The Site, Services, software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, videos, databases, compilations, calculator logic, and other materials provided by ONG are owned by or licensed to Offsite Pro, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Site or its content without written permission.
“Offsite Network Global,” “ONG,” “Offsite Pro Institute,” “OPI,” and related logos and marks are not licensed to you by your use of the Services. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or authorization without written permission.
You may not use the Services to:
use listings, referrals, job posts, events, or training to facilitate unlawful conduct.
Members and participants must follow applicable chapter rules, event rules, venue rules, safety requirements, and reasonable instructions from ONG or authorized chapter representatives. ONG may suspend or terminate access, cancel participation, remove content, revoke membership, convert an ineligible discounted plan, or deny future registration for prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law and any mandatory process.
A separate member grievance, appeal, or code-of-conduct document is not published with these Terms. If we adopt one, it will be posted or sent to members and will supplement this section.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the ONG Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, applying for membership, registering for an event, or using the Services, you may receive transactional and operational communications relating to your account, purchases, membership, chapters, events, security, Institute access, Job Board tools, and the Services. These are not limited to messages you separately request one-by-one.
Marketing or program communications that are not required to operate your account will be sent where permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional messages using the method in the message or by emailing us. You cannot opt out of certain transactional or legally required messages while you have an account.
Do not include sensitive personal information in public profiles, listings, job posts, reviews, or other User Content unless the Service specifically requests it and you are authorized to provide it.
The Site may contain links to or embeds of third-party websites, tools, payment processors, social platforms, advertisers, sponsors, Institute or classroom tools, media properties, or services. Current or contemplated providers include Stripe (checkout), LinkedIn (optional sign-in and resume import), Hostinger and WordPress (hosting and site operations), and any LMS enabled for Institute classroom access.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ONG does not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, products, services, or content. An embedded tool may send technical information to the third party before you leave the page.
Accessing a third-party service is at your own risk. A link, listing, sponsorship, or referral does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
ONG does not warrant that information, listings, referrals, User Content, job posts, training, calculator results, event information, chapter activity, or third-party services are complete, current, accurate, safe, lawful, or suitable for your circumstances.
Membership is a network and information program. It is not a guarantee of leads, revenue, project awards, employment, or regulatory treatment.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFSITE PRO, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CHAPTER REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, SERVICES, USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY DEALINGS, EVENTS, LISTINGS, REFERRALS, TRAINING, CALCULATOR OUTPUTS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF OFFSITE PRO, LLC AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONG FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including (where such a carve-out is required) liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent a law forbids that cap.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Offsite Pro, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, chapter representatives, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You may not settle a claim that imposes an obligation on ONG without our prior written consent.
Reciprocal indemnities for sponsors or vendors, if any, will appear in those parties’ separate written agreements.
Before filing a formal claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice to connect@offsitenetworkglobal.com. The notice should identify the claimant, the relevant account or transaction, the facts and legal basis of the dispute, and the requested resolution. The parties will allow at least 30 days after receipt of a complete notice for informal resolution, unless applicable law requires a shorter period or immediate relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief where legally available, or from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court in a jurisdiction that can lawfully hear it.
This section is a court-selection clause, not an arbitration agreement. A class-action or representative-action waiver is not included. Counsel may add arbitration or a class waiver in a later posted version if that is the chosen structure.
You may stop using the Services at any time. To close an account, email connect@offsitenetworkglobal.com from the address on the account.
ONG may suspend or terminate accounts, memberships, listings, access, or participation, or discontinue a Service, if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, a security risk, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, ineligible discounted-plan use, misuse, or a risk to users or ONG.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning User Content, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, and payment obligations.
ONG is not responsible for delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public-health events, labor disputes, government action, war, civil unrest, power or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, platform outages, transportation disruption, venue issues, or failures of third-party providers (including Stripe, hosting, or LinkedIn).
Any refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling remedy for an affected event or Service will be governed by Section 7, the applicable service-specific policy, and applicable law.
We aim to make the Services accessible and welcome reports of accessibility barriers at connect@offsitenetworkglobal.com. That mailbox is a contact path, not a guarantee of a particular remediation timeline.
We may provide notices by posting them on the Site, sending them to the email address associated with your account, or using another reasonable method. You are responsible for keeping contact information current.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing to be effective.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. ONG may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of the Services.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, checkout terms for a specific order, and any other service-specific terms we present, constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior understandings about the same subject matter, except where a separate written agreement signed by Offsite Pro applies.
The official language of these Terms is English.
